We are currently seeking new Support Workers to join our team in Kidwelly. We offer both part-time and full-time (37.5 hours per week) positions. We are flexible with hours and welcome all interested candidates.

Shift patterns include 7am-2.30pm, 9am-5.30pm, or 2.30pm-10pm. We also require waking nights and sleep-ins, so flexibility is important.

In Kidwelly, we support four individuals aged between 29-56. They enjoy hobbies such as arts and crafts, cooking, swimming, shopping, watching sports, and attending rugby matches. They love meeting friends and family often.

The individuals we support have mobility vehicles and enjoy outings and small road trips. Therefore, a UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.

You will support them to live independently, participate in their community, and receive excellent care, including personal care, by being attentive, reliable, and supportive of their goals.

Every day offers new challenges and rewards, making this a fulfilling role in Kidwelly.
