Join Our Team as a Support Worker - Kidlington

FitzRoy provides care and support for five adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are seeking exceptional new Support Workers who share our values to join our friendly team. Whether you are currently working in care or looking to start a rewarding and varied role, we would love to hear from you.

A full UK manual driving licence is preferred as you will support people in community activities. Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this vacancy.

Vacancies Available
  • Day shift: £13.16 per hour weekdays + 10% at weekends
  • Full-time and part-time work available
  • Additional £2.50 for overtime shifts
  • Time and a half or double time for public holidays
  • Sleep-ins are £50 per night
  • 30 days holiday when you start
Role Overview

As a Support Worker, you'll wake up every day feeling good about your work. No previous care experience is necessary—if you have the right values, we will train and support you to deliver care that transforms lives.

Working Hours

You will work on a rota covering various shifts, including weekends on a rotating basis. Our full-time contract is 37.5 hours per week.

Weekend work is essential, with time off during the week when you work weekends.
