Female Support Worker
Location: Coventry
Salary: Competitive salary starting at £14/hour!

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals build confidence, develop independence, and thrive in their current situation. You will provide person-centred support that respects individual backgrounds, cultures, and aspirations. The role includes helping clients navigate their new lives in the UK, access services, build routines, and achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide compassionate, consistent, and respectful support to adults with complex needs
  2. Assist with daily living tasks, community engagement, and personal development
  3. Support individuals transitioning into life with leave to remain in the UK
  4. Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with the wider support team
  5. Promote independence and empower individuals to thrive
Requirements:
  1. Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
  2. Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
  3. Previous experience supporting vulnerable adults
  4. Experience supporting people with complex needs is desired
  5. Experience supporting individuals who have recently obtained leave to remain in the UK is highly desirable
  6. Excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach
  7. A caring, resilient, and proactive nature
