A home care provider in Plymouth seeks a Support Worker to assist individuals in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care, medication prompting, and companionship. Ideal candidates will have previous experience, a full UK driver's license, and flexible availability. Are you an experienced Support Worker with knowledge around acquired brain injuries?
A very rare vacancy has become available within one of our care packages supporting an individual within his own home. We provide companionship, and support with some daily tasks such as preparing meals and prompting medication, we also provide social inclusion whereby we take this individual out and about.
This role will also include being a back up member of the team covering any holidays etc and the opportunity will also be available to cover more people we support too.
