Support Worker - Hucknall, Nottingham

Company: Mencap Salary: £12.71 - £24,784.50 Hours: Full-time Location: Nottingham, NG15 Job type: Permanent Posting date: 4 Aug 2026 Closing date: 2 Sept 2026.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract options:

• Full-time:37.5 hrs

Shift times:

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
