Working within a team to deliver an efficient and effective high-quality support service to vulnerable women, men, and their children with complex needs (e.g., Domestic Abuse, Substance use, mental health issues), ensuring outcomes are met in line with the local authority contract requirements.

Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Candidates should hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.

This role is subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check, which the company will pay for if required.
