Your responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  2. Monitor and assess residents' health status, noting any changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
  3. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
  4. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating, as needed.
  5. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each resident.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
  8. Educate residents and their families on health-related issues and care strategies.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
