Job summary

Creative Support in Whitley Bay is seeking full-time support staff to provide person-centred care across three services in North Tyneside. The role requires working flexibly on a rota that includes evenings, nights, sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays to meet service needs.

You will help tenants develop everyday living skills, participate in activities, and promote recovery and independence in a warm, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience is desirable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to tenants to develop daily living skills.
• Assist tenants to enjoy a wide range of activities and maintain social inclusion.
• Build trusting rapport with service users and work within policy guidelines.
