Job summary

Keane Premier Group is recruiting compassionate support workers to assist service users in the community, promoting independence and wellbeing. You will join the KPSS team, with comprehensive induction, paid shadowing and ongoing training, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• No experience required—candidates with a real passion for improving service user wellbeing are welcome.
• A caring, compassionate approach and strong communication are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support service users with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with medication where required and help meet nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties and assist with finances per policy.
• Ensure access to healthcare and use all communication methods to listen and engage with service users.

Main responsibilities:

• Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
• Support service users with medication where required.
• Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties.
• Assist service users with finances as per company policy.
• Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required.
• Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing.
• Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends, and wider community.
• At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
• Report a service users progress on the correct platforms.

Desirable Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License
