Job summary

SeeAbility is recruiting a Female Support Worker in Seaford to provide personalised daily care and support for adults with disabilities. The role requires a caring, patient approach and a valid UK driving licence to support activities within the local community.

You will plan person-centred activities, maintain detailed notes, and contribute to tailored support plans, with sleep-ins paid at £50 per night and guaranteed hours across full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Previous experience in a care/support setting.
• A valid manual UK driving licence.
• The legal right to live and work in the UK.
• The ability to work alternate weekends.
• The ability to complete at least one Sleep-in per week (paid at £50 per night).

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily routines - from morning to bedtime.
• Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing.
• Contributing to tailored support plans.
• Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference.
• Keeping accurate support notes - every detail matters.
• Driving a pool / personal car for daily activities.
