Job summary

HRM Homecare Services in Glasgow North West is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team, delivering care in clients' own homes to promote independence and dignity.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and collaborate with health professionals and families to ensure safe, respectful, and person-centred care across local communities. Flexibility for weekends/evenings and PVG disclosure are part of the role, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for some weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Disclosure Scotland (PVG) Check will be required.

HRM Homecare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Glasgow North West

The Support Worker role involves providing essential care and support to individuals within their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Support workers are based in the communities in and around Anderson, Yorkshill, Hillhead, Partick, Kelvindale, Victoria Park, Gascadden, Scotstoun, Annieland, Drumchapel and surrounding areas.
