  • Support Worker – Willingham
  • £11.44 per hour | Up to £1,000 welcome bonus
  • Full-time / Part-time / Waking Nights available
  • Drivers with manual UK licence and own car required
  • Shifts - 7:30am - 3pm, 2:30pm - 10pm, 7:30am - 10pm. 8am - 8pm, 9:45pm-7:45am, every other weekend, and at least one sleep-in per week.

Are you looking for a career where you can genuinely make a difference every single day? At Dimensions, we’re looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated support team in Willingham. You don’t need experience, just the right values and a passion for helping others. We’ll provide all the specialist training you need.

You’ll be supporting five incredible adults, four ladies and one gentleman, all in their late 30s – who have a range of complex medical needs, including epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and learning disabilities. Support is needed for high-level medical tasks like suctioning, stoma care, and PEG feeding. Full, in-person clinical training will be provided and signed off in-house.

The people you’ll support live full and exciting lives. From Disney cruises and Doris Day singalongs to trips to the cinema, theatre, bowling alley or beach, no two days are ever the same. They love music, have their own sensory room and top-of-the-range karaoke system, and are very connected with their local community through coffee mornings and social clubs. Family is incredibly important to everyone we support, and you’ll help maintain those relationships too.

You’ll work alongside a team of five staff per shift, there’s no lone working in the home, though some support in the community may be one-to-one. Due to the rural location, you’ll need your own transport and a full manual UK driving licence. Staff have free on-site parking and access to shared minibuses for trips out.

This is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to start a value led career with a team who truly care. Many of our support workers go on to careers in nursing, paramedics, or social work. So, if you’re ready to learn, grow, and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Offer:

  • £1,000 welcome bonus! You could receive £1,000 welcome bonus to be paid in three instalments, £300 in first full month’s salary, £300 after 3 months and the final £400 on successful completion of probation.
  • Free DBS Check: We cover the cost.
  • Advance Pay: Access your earned pay before payday.
