Some cannot decide what they do for work, how to spend or save their money, or try out new hobbies they’d love to explore.

But you can make a difference.

Join our growing team in Garforth, Leeds, and receive comprehensive training to become a confident Support Worker.

If our values — Kind, Diverse, Positive, and Visionary — resonate with you, then we share common ground. Come onboard to support learning disabled adults in developing skills, achieving their life goals, and thriving within your community, guided by these values.

What we offer you

  • Location: Garforth, Leeds
  • Salary: £12.51 per hour
  • Holidays: 33 days of annual leave, including eight statutory bank holidays
  • Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training & development: Earn money while obtaining a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Additional benefits: Health, retail, and cash incentives for personal use

What you’ll be doing

Every day offers new opportunities. You might support someone to plan their weekly shop, go on an outdoor adventure, provide personal care, attend their favorite gig, help them build confidence in using public transport, or teach money management skills. Your role is to support individuals in discovering new interests, achieving goals, and maintaining meaningful relationships with family and friends.

You will deliver the highest standard of care and support for learning disabled adults, listening to their needs and wants, assisting with daily tasks like medication management, cooking, or boosting their confidence for new adventures. You will work various shifts to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Having a full driving license is advantageous but not essential.

We look forward to meeting you at our Leeds services!
