Lifeways in Colchester is recruiting a Support Worker to help individuals with a range of complex needs. You will provide compassionate, proactive support and play a key role in promoting independence and everyday living.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with rota-based shifts from 7:30am to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 10:00pm, plus night shifts available. Salary is £12.71 per hour, with opportunities for funded training and progression within a supportive team.
