We have an opportunity available for a full time Support Worker to join the team at our respite service Swallow Lodge based in Lincolnshire, LN6 8UZ.

Swallow Lodge is an essential service that enables families to take a break from caring from their loved ones providing both planned and emergency respite to adults with mental health and learning disabilities. The service has a fantastic core team that put the people who we support at the heart at everything we do and our aim is to create a safe, vibrant and friendly environment. It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
