Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time position on-site at the client's house in Leicester. The Complex Care Support Worker will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients with a variety of complex health and support needs. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, supporting rehabilitation activities, administering medication, and monitoring overall health and wellbeing. The role also involves providing emotional support, promoting independence, and working collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure care plans are followed effectively.
