Job summary

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Full-time Support Worker at Stanbridge House, Banbury, OX16. The Extra Care Scheme supports residents aged 55+ to maintain independence, with care tailored to individual needs and 24/7 on-site presence.

Shifts are 7am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, with alternate weekends, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Sponsorship for this role is not available at this time.

• The role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Full time Support Workers to join our team based in Stanbridge House in Banbury OX16

Stanbridge is situated less than two miles from Banbury centre and provides 75 flats, with a number of facilities on site such as a hair salon, restaurant and bar. There are many different activities for residents to enjoy including bingo and film club.

Our carers strive to help residents to retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible and are on-site 24/7. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own flat and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night time.
