Job summary

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Full-time Support Worker at Stanbridge House, Banbury, OX16. The Extra Care Scheme supports residents aged 55+ to maintain independence, with care tailored to individual needs and 24/7 on-site presence.

Shifts are 7am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, with alternate weekends, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Sponsorship for this role is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting people who are over the age of 55 enabling them to maintain their independence
• The role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks
• You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities, both individually and as a group
• The role is to promote independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standard of care
