Priory Apple Mews in Armagh, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Support Worker to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with daily living tasks and support their wellbeing in a residential and nursing care setting.

You will work with a varied group of adults with learning disabilities, physical health needs, autistic people, and others, following individual care plans and recording progress. A £1,000 welcome bonus is offered and a mix of full and part-time hours is available.

• Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.
• Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.

Apple Mews has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team. Apple Mews is located in the city of Armagh, in Northern Ireland. Our home offers residential and nursing support for 30 adults with a range of needs. This includes people with a learning disability, individuals with physical health needs, and autistic people.

We can support those who have:

• Autism
• A learning disability
• Physical health needs
• Medical needs requiring nursing care
• An acquired brain injury
• Difficulties with communication

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
