Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. You’ll provide personalised support across homes, community settings, and care environments, adapting to individual plans and aspirations.

No prior care experience is needed; a positive attitude and strong communication skills are valued. Expect flexible shifts across days, nights, and weekends within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No experience required—just the right attitude.
• Must be friendly, confident, and have good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work a range of shifts including days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends.

Responsibilities
