AtParagon Social Care, our mission is to support vulnerable and challenging children and young people who are in the care of the council, especially those transitioning between longer-term placements. In these crucial moments, we providewrap-around, 24/7 support packagestailored to each individual, maintaining a staffing ratio from 1:1 up to 6:1 based on the young person's unique needs.
