ENABLE Scotland is seeking Personal Assistants to support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and participate in their communities. You will help with daily routines, personal care, and community activities, guided by person-centred plans and safeguarding principles.

Qualificações

• Person-centred approaches and planning.
• Autism awareness and related support techniques.
• Epilepsy awareness and safeguarding knowledge.
• First Aid knowledge and basic safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals to achieve their goals and daily routines.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and moving-and-handling as required.
• Help individuals access their local community and social activities.
• Maintain safety, wellbeing, and dignity; follow individual care plans.
