Job summary

MHC is seeking Support Workers for Glyn Rhosyn, Holywell, CH8 7UH. Roles include full time, part time and bank shifts with pay £13.45–£14.03 per hour, depending on experience. Based in Holywell, the home provides care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or mental health conditions is an asset.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to lead a good quality of life whilst achieving positive outcomes.
• Assist individuals to learn new skills.
• Understand medication procedures.
• Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a dedicated staff team to put residents at the heart of care.
