Job summary

Enhanced Healthcare Limited is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Holywell, UK. You will support residents in budgeting and daily living skills while promoting their independence in a Housing Project environment.

About the Role

Join our Housing Project in Holywell as a Support Worker, supporting residents with budgeting, daily living skills, and promoting independence. Activities include walkarounds, monitoring, and group sessions.

• Hourly rates from £12.60 – £23.00 depending on shift type

About You

• At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
• Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
• A caring, resilient, and patient approach
• Driver preferred due to shift times and location
• MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
