Our reach extends across the UK, so we're seeking highly flexible support workers who can adapt to various locations and short stays. This opportunity suits those without major commitments at home.
Whether you have previous experience working with challenging youth or are a newcomer, we welcome your application. We provide comprehensive training during onboarding for those without prior experience but who possess qualities like understanding, patience, an engaging personality, professionalism, dedication, and adaptability.
We offer competitive weekly pay rates, recognizing the vital role our support workers play. Core responsibilities include ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of the young person, assisting with personal care, organizing activities and outings, attending appointments, cooking, maintaining a tidy home, and participating in staff meetings.
