At Paragon Social Care we support some of the most vulnerable children and young people in society by providing packages of support in times of crisis. We offer zero-hour contracts with exceptional remuneration opportunities as staff are able to work in excess of 60 hours per week should they wish. We have a large number of support packages on at any one time, so we are looking for high quality support workers who have a genuine interest in making a positive difference to the lives of the children and young people we support. This role is suited to support workers who are either full time agency or are extremely flexible in their working life. It is not suited to those with a full-time job elsewhere as our children and young people require consistency of staff.
