Job summary

Royal Mencap Society in Wales is seeking caring Female Support Workers to help three active women in their 20s live independently. You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks and accompany them on activities.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential. Roles include flexible shifts, evenings and weekends, and sleep-ins paid at £63.70 per night. Training and DBS checks provided.

Qualifications

• Caring, positive attitude and great communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• This role is open to female applicants only, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.

Responsibilities

• Support three women with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Assist with medication and finances when needed.
• Keep the home tidy and organised, supporting a range of activities.
• Accompany the women on activities such as trips, outings and social events.
