Job summary

Community Integrated Care is recruiting for a Care Support role in Sutton, UK. You will support 2 ladies and 2 gentlemen in a residential setting, adapting to a range of communication abilities from nonverbal to verbal. The service blends activity with quiet time, tea breaks and shared spaces to foster a warm, inclusive home.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy for diverse residents.
• Ability to work with nonverbal individuals.
• Commitment to high quality, consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Support 2 ladies and 2 gentlemen in this service.
• Assist residents aged 28 to 88 with daily routines and activities.
• Help communication for nonverbal residents Cam, Jane and Sue.
• Contribute to a warm, supportive and respectful living environment.
• Follow training in first aid, fire safety and moving and positioning.
