Alternative Futures Group (AFG) is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help people live independently and achieve personal goals. Roles span people's own homes, community settings, and care environments, with personalised plans for each individual.

No prior care experience is required; we value attitude, empathy and reliability. You’ll work flexibly across day shifts, waking nights, sleep-ins, and weekends in a supportive, values-led team.

Formación

• No prior care experience required; right attitude matters most.
• Friendly and confident communicators are preferred.
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work day shifts, waking nights, sleep-ins and weekends.
