Job summary

Mencap in North Shields is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team. You will assist individuals with learning disabilities to live independent and active lives, including daily tasks, personal care, medication support, cooking, and attending appointments.

We value empathy, strong communication, and flexibility for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. DBS checks and references are required. A DBS check is enhanced, and training will be provided.
