Salutem Care & Education is recruiting for roles at Morley Road residential home in Essex. The main focus is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services, with varied shifts including days, nights and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Person Centred Care and Support
• Support individuals in accordance with their person-centred support plans, risk assessments, care plans, and positive behaviour support plans.
• Ensure support is Individualised and tailored to personal needs, preferences, and outcomes.
• Ensure support is Focused on promoting independence, confidence, and life skills.
• Ensure support is Delivered in a manner that respects dignity, privacy, equality, and diversity.
• Ensure support is Consistent with individual communication needs and preferences.

• Support individuals to Make informed choices and decisions about their daily lives.
