Community Integrated Care in Alloa is recruiting a Support Worker to help 1 lady and three gentlemen live independently in their own home. You will work 36 hours per week, across Monday to Sunday, with some sleepovers, and you will be paid £13.86 per hour.

You will join a friendly team with ongoing training and development opportunities, plus benefits like 28 days of leave (pro rata for part-time), a pension scheme, and flexible hours. A UK driving licence would be a big plus.

Formación

• Reliable and honest with good communication skills.
• Able to work with people with learning disabilities and mental health challenges.
• Flexible to cover shifts including sleepovers and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support with taking medication as needed.
• Assist with cooking and daily living activities.
• Help maintain the living environment and support with finances as required.
• Spend time with the people we support to promote independence and engagement.
