Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated female Support Worker for a bank role in Denny. You will support one woman with a learning disability, Autism and mental health needs, helping her live independently and participate in daily activities.

The role includes medication support, cooking, personal care, and assisting with home and finances. Shifts include a sleepover, with flexible, respectful care to suit the person’s preferences.

Qualifications

• Female applicant is a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
• Experience supporting someone with Autism is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Support with medication administration and monitoring as required.
• Assist with cooking and meal planning.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Help the person maintain her home and finances.
• Provide daytime 2:1 support and sleepover shifts as part of the rota.
