Cygnet is seeking confident Support Workers to help residents at Oaklands, Hexham. You’ll work 24, 36 or 42 hours per week across days, nights, and alternate weekends, delivering high-quality care and enabling independence for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Help run the day-to-day operations of the service and support staff.
• Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely.
• Provide guidance and emotional support to service users.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and respond with appropriate care.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
