Job Description:

Are you looking for a Support Worker job with FLEXIBLE HOURS where no experience is required as we will provide you with all necessary training?

You will be supporting 4 individuals aged between 25-35 years in a busy household that values fun and activity. No two days are the same.

Relief hours work

  • Similar to a zero-hour contract but with flexibility.
  • Training provided for professional qualifications.
  • Contracts designed to suit your availability.
  • Support for transitioning to permanent roles.

This role involves supporting individuals with activities like trips, outings, household chores, and maintaining family contact. It requires encouraging independence and supporting daily routines.

Note: Currently, sponsorships are not available as we await guidance from the Home Office.
