Job summary

Nexo People is seeking experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts in Reigate, Surrey. This role offers regular and ad-hoc shifts with competitive pay and support, not a permanent position and sponsorship is not available.

You will deliver person-centred support, help individuals try new activities, assist with personal care, and maintain accurate daily records. DBS clearance and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of paid support work experience in the last 2 years.
• Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us).
• Up-to-date DBS.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Compassionate, person-centred and proactive approach, with safeguarding commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support and care to individuals each day.
• Encourage and assist people to try new activities that build confidence, promote independence, and enable them to achieve their full potential.
• Provide respectful and dignified support with all aspects of personal care.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of daily activities and support provided.
• Take part in regular supervision and team meetings to support professional growth and ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Administer medication safely and accurately, in line with your training and each person's support plan

Shift details:

• £14.24 - £15.52 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
