Have you worked with people who have a learning disability? Could you help to lead a team? As a Female Support Worker, you will join a dedicated, resilient, enthusiastic team providing support across two homes in Shrewsbury.
Due to the nature of this service, we can only accept applications from FEMALE candidates.
You could be helping 3 ladies live fulfilling lives. Rebekah, Amelia, and Jayde share a home; they are all in their twenties and enjoy various activities like riding, visiting farms, going to the cinema, swimming, dance classes, and sports. Your role involves supporting their activities, helping maintain contact with their families, and assisting with household duties like cleaning, shopping, and cooking.

This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week, including sleep-ins. Flexibility for weekends, Bank holidays, and sleep-ins is essential.

Ideally, you have experience working with people with a learning disability, perhaps as a Support Worker or Care Assistant seeking a senior role. You must have a full UK manual driving license.
