Our Adult Supported Living services in the North Lanarkshire area (Cumbernauld, Kilsyth, Moodiesburn and Stepps) are looking for part time & full timesupport workers to assist in the provision of individualised support to adults and/oryoung people, with a wide range of disabilities, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.

We deliver 24 hour care to individuals in their own home who have a wide range of support needs. As a Support Worker you will be providing support with their personal care and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives, some these include; keeping them safe, taking part in activities & interests, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.You will alsobe required to supportindividuals on supported holidays

Working pattern: Mostly day shifts working 7.30am to 7pm. Please note we manageshifts on a rotational basis where staff work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the people we support and will include working weekends as well as evening shifts. No sleepover shifts as the individuals we support live within their family home.

  • Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes.
  • Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
  • A full driving license is essential.
