Are You an Experienced Female Support Worker Looking to Make a Real Difference?

If so, we would love to hear from you!

We are seeking compassionate, enthusiastic and committed Female Support Workers to join our team and help two wonderful individuals live fulfilling, meaningful lives in their own home.

About the People We Support

You’ll be supporting one lady and one gentleman in their 40s–60s who enjoy a range of fun and fulfilling activities, including:

  • Horse-riding
  • Walking
  • Baking
  • Social Clubs
  • Swimming & relaxing in hot tubs
  • Music
  • Enjoying their beautiful garden

Both individuals have learning disabilities, diabetes, autism, and additional needs, and our aim is to support them to live as independently as possible while still accessing the things they love.

We are currently experiencing a period of challenge with one person we support due to a deterioration in health, which has led to an increase in behaviours of distress. We are looking for Support Workers with resilience, determination and a caring nature who can help her regain confidence, reconnect with her favourite activities, and work towards improved wellbeing.

Friendly, patient, reliable Female Support Workers who take genuine interest in people’s hobbies and personal goals would be ideal matches for this role.

Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. In this context, "gender" refers to the sex legally assigned to an individual.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Empowering Independence
  • Help them live life their way — making choices, expressing their wishes, and achieving personal goals.
  • Daily Living Support

You’ll provide compassionate support with:

Long Day including a Sleep-In: 8am – 8am next day (£50 sleep-in payment)
