A supportive healthcare provider in Cheltenham is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist an individual living with chronic health issues. The role involves personalized care, supporting independence, and enriching daily activities. This full-time position requires local knowledge and a full UK driving license for outings. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist an individual living in their own home in Cheltenham. This person lives with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND, Gastroparesis and uses a wheelchair at all times, but this does not define them. They have a love of rehoming vintage treasures, creative projects, and gardening.
This is a full-time role based in Cheltenham. Local knowledge of Cheltenham and a full UK driving licence are essential to support outings and daytime activities; night shifts do not require a driving licence.
Face-to-face Assessment Day for this role will take place on Thursday 25th September 2025. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen.
