Support Worker Role

We are recruiting for amazing Female Support Workers to support 3 ladies aged from their 30s to 70s in Reedham. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing all the necessary training, guidance, and support to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

Requirement: You must be a driver with access to a car to be considered for this role!

About the Ladies

All ladies have great personalities and enjoy a multitude of activities, including shopping, dining out, swimming (they love being in the water), and walking around their neighborhood.

Role Responsibilities

• Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose.
• Providing some aspects of personal care.
• Supporting with shopping, housework, cleaning, and laundry.
• Supporting with medication.
• Taking them into the community and encouraging participation in activities they enjoy.

Shift Patterns

08:00-15:00, 15:00-21:30, 08:00-21:30, and 21:30-08:00 (waking night).
