Support Worker - Female

Location: Ossett

Part Time: 25 a week, rolling rota

Pay £12.31ph

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a difference? If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a Female support worker on a part time basis to join our established team to support a lady alongside another staff member. You will be supporting her to live a safe, fulfilled life, see family and friends, attend drama and craft groups, go on holidays, and go to the cinema.

What will I be doing?
  • Promote and support to maintain independence
  • Prompting Personal Care, supporting when needed
  • Moving and assisting, use of wheelchair and supporting around PEG – we train all staff in these areas
  • Supporting with Medication
  • Supporting to maintain her home, cooking, cleaning and laundry
Working pattern

It would be rolling shifts including 24/7 support plus sleep shifts, two out of four weekends. Shift starts at 9am–10pm with a sleep-in followed by 7am–9am.

We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rolling rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends.

Rotas are provided at least four weeks in advance to allow a healthy work-life balance—something we’re passionate about!
