CareTech Community Services in Oldham is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our cared-for living team, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a rota basis, with a focus on person-centred, trauma-informed care to empower independence.
We value resilience, calmness under pressure, and a compassionate, patient approach. DBS required; drivers preferred but not essential.
Rate: £13.29 per hour
