Job summary

Bevan Court in Coventry is seeking a part-time Support Worker to join Making Space. Salary £13.12 per hour; 28 hours per week; on-site and permanent position, supporting adults to live independently in their own apartments.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Opportunity to undertake professional qualifications (Level 2-6) in Health and Social Care, Management, Admin and more.

Responsibilities

• Support adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments.
• Assist with medication management, accessing the community and domestic tasks.
• Build relationships with service users and colleagues with patience and a sense of humour.
• Be adaptable and responsive to tenants’ needs in a dynamic environment.
