Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a caring Support Worker for the Knowle, Bristol area to help people live independently at home and in their local community. Full and part time roles are available with shifts 07:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and weekend rotations.

You will assist with personal care, medication support, meal preparation and community activities, building trustful relationships with the people you support. Radis offers enhanced NVQ pay and a commitment to equal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have
