Days and Nights

Part-time... Working every other weekend as part of your rota

Pay rates: £12.30 days, £12.60 weekends, £13.30 waking nights per hour, and £1 uplift on bank holidays...

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who find it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and supporting social and recreational activities.

The aim is to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
