Overview

We have two opportunities available for FULL TIME Support Workers - Extra Care to join the team at Harpers Green based in Warrington, WA2 0YN.

Salary: £12.60 hourly

Hours: 35 weekly

Responsibilities
  • Support adults on a person centred basis to live independently in their own apartments.
  • From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, days will be varied and no two days will be the same.
  • Think on your feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a positive, friendly approach.
  • Demonstrate strong values and how you build relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Show patience and a sense of humour; be prepared to apply for online roles if you align with these traits.
Qualifications

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
