Radis Community Care is looking for a Part-Time Flexible Support Worker to support at Eden View, St Ives.

Hours available: 15-20 hours, including mornings and lates, with alternative weekends.

Shifts: 7am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm. Overtime available to support with annual leave and sickness cover.

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who are experiencing difficulties due to physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility to access dining areas, communal spaces, and their bedrooms upon request.

The role involves supporting residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing. You will also engage in physical and mental activities with residents, both individually and in groups, to promote well-being.

The aim is to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
