Support Worker (Internally known as an Enablement Associate)

Hourly Rate: £13.84 per hour

Location: Winchester

Type of Contract: Part-time hours

Hours of Work: 07:30 – 22:00 or 07:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 to 22:00, including sleep-in shifts

About the Role

This position supports Thomas, a young man living independently in Winchester. Thomas requires 1:1 support to live his best life. He has autism and chronic anxiety, and experience supporting individuals with these conditions is beneficial. The role involves supporting Thomas with routines, outings, online shopping, home tasks, cooking, and medication support. Drivers preferred as Thomas has his own vehicle. Flexibility around his attendance at a day centre (3 days/week, 5 hours/day) is needed.
