Job summary

Agincare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Werrington service. You will provide person-centred care and daily support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them stay independent and safe in the community.

The role involves assisting with daily routines, outings, and meaningful activities, tailored to each person’s choices. We offer up to £12.90 per hour, full training, and ongoing support, plus development opportunities and pension.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Experience in care or support roles is required.
• Team player who values consistency and reliability.
• Hold a Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Responsibilities
